Who are we?
The Georgian Quarter was established by a group of young professionals who were inspired by their love of the City and the need to provide modern but comfortable serviced accommodation in Liverpool.
This passion led us to acquire several properties within Liverpool’s lovely historic Quarter. While we’ve made numerous improvements to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we’ve stayed true to the inspiring Georgian-style architecture and are proud to have maintained our Grade II-listed status across the board. Think of it as having the best of both worlds!
What do we do?
Great care has been taken to ensure that we retain and preserve the charming features characteristic of the Georgian-era buildings. History and interior decor buffs will instantly note the striking sash-style symmetrical windows, wooden window shutters and the grand-looking stone column entrance decor within our properties.
However, preserving the history of these properties does not mean compromising comfort. We’ve carefully decorated the interior of each apartment with hand-picked furniture and installed fully equipped, modern kitchens with all of the creature comforts of home.
That way, you can draw inspiration from the history of our vibrant City while enjoying a modern, upscale accommodation experience. Whether you are visiting Liverpool for work, leisure or family, you’ll find your dream home away from home with us.
Who do we work with?
Customer service is at the heart of what we do. Working in close partnership with Host & Stay, our team of Guest Relations and Maintenance professionals will work tirelessly to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and relaxed as possible.
Our goal is to provide a top-tier staying experience for every guest, no matter how long or short your stay with us is.

All of the artwork in our apartments was designed by the multi-talented David Knopov. David is an artist, musician and designer who has been producing art since the 1980s. We are proud to have the opportunity to display and share his work on our properties.
